14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

We want you to feel good about your Ch*lk U gear; before and after it shows up.

If something is not the right fit, feel, or vibe, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. No dramatic explanation needed. No weird interrogation. Just start a return and we’ll help from there.

“No-questions-asked” means you do not need to justify why you are returning it. We just ask that the item comes back in returnable condition.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in returnable condition.

That means it can be tried on at home, but it cannot be worn for a session, washed, damaged, stained, covered in chalk, scented, altered, or used beyond trying it on.

Items should be returned with tags, if applicable, and in their original packaging when possible.

You’ll also need your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

To start a return, log in to your Ch*lk U account (at https://account.chalk-u.com) and request a return from your order page.

U.S. returns must be sent to:

217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.
For non-U.S. customers, please refer to the full return list at the bottom of this page.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Items sent back without a return request may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we’ll make it right.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items:

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at greatestcustomerservice@chalk-u.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll review it and help fix the problem.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color?

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, then place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Stickers
  • Items marked final sale
  • Custom or personalized products, if applicable
  • Items that have been washed, damaged, stained, altered, covered in chalk, scented, or worn/used beyond trying on at home

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at greatestcustomerservice@chalk-u.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.

As above, your item can be tried on at home, but it must be returned in returnable condition. It cannot be washed, damaged, stained, altered, covered in chalk, scented, or worn/used beyond trying on at home. Items should be returned with tags, if applicable, and in their original packaging when possible. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
