  • If you are located outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by CH*LK U and are beyond our control. Customs fees differ from country to country, so it is your responsibility to find out what the charges will be. If your package is returned to us because you refused to pay customs, we will not issue a refund.

  • While we recommend looking up what climbing is and how to get into it, we’ll do our best to bequeath a bit of wisdom unto you:

    Climbing/bouldering is pretty much about trying to climb to the top of a mountain or boulder with your hands and/or feet.

    Usually you climb on what's called a route (think of it as a hiking trail).

    Climbing can be a sport, hobby, workout, pastime, meditation, or whatever you want it to be.

    Since usually someone has climbed that route before you, routes have a difficulty rating, sometimes called a grade.

    Difficulty usually ranges from easy (V0/5.2 or 4/1) to harder ones (v17/5.15c or 9A/9b+).

    Though some would argue a V0 isn’t easy…

    Anyhow, we highly encourage you to be brave and go climb something!
