WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

CH*LK U will accept returns of eligible items for store credit if the merchandise is returned by mail within 30 days of receipt.

Eligible items must be:

· Incorrect, defective, or damaged

· Unworn, unwashed, undamaged (unless received in a damaged condition), and should be returned in original packaging.

· Not marked as “Special Release,” Sale,” or “Final Sale.”

Returned items are only eligible for store credit, no cash back.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR SELECTING A WRONG SIZE.

Please consult the product’s size chart before purchasing.

All shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover the cost of shipping in your store credit.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate a return, please email us at: greatestcustomerservice@chalk-u.com

And include the following:

· “Return” in the subject line

· Order number

· Name on the order

· Email used for the order

· Reason for return

· Photo of the item that shows:

· The entire item (full-length photo)

· The CH*LK U logo and label

· Packing slip

· The fault or defect (if applicable)

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Store credit will be applied instantly once your return has been received and inspected. This credit will never expire.
